This group is an experiment. This group was inspired by a friend's use of her mascots to document her overseas trip and then some of her hiking in the Bay Area Ridge Trail & More group. This group creates time for us to be at peace. We go on local hikes in the Bay Area.  Yoga and meditation are integrated into the hike.  Its always beautiful to do vinyasa in nature.  All levels are welcome, the days activities are organized by difficulty.
